Ingredients
1 can of Tuna
1 can of Water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/2 small Onion, chopped
1-2 stalks of Celery, chopped
1/2 cup Carrot, shredded
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste

Dill Cucumber Salad

1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar 1 tsp. sugar 3/4 tsp. garlic powder 3/4/ tsp. dill weed 1/2/ tsp. salt 3 medium cucumber, sliced 1/2/cup sliced onion
Combine first 6 ingredients, add cucumbers and onion, toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with sloted spoon.
