Hot Fudge : Desserts
The sort of hot fudge appropriate for putting on ice cream sundaes.
Hot Fudge
Ingredients
1/2 cup Milk
1 1/2 cups Sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons Cocoa
dash Salt
3/4 tablespoon Butter
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
Procedure
Mix milk, sugar, cocoa and salt in a saucepan and bring to a full rolling boil. Turn off heat and add butter and vanilla. Let cool for a couple minutes, until butter is melted, then beat with a spoon and serve.
